To submit your entry for the 2025 Black Talent Awards, please follow these steps:
- Click 'Submit Your Entry' on the category you wish to enter. You can submit multiple entries, but please complete one at a time.
- You will be directed to a login page. If you do not already have an account for this site, click 'Create Account' – please note that this is different from last year’s portal.
- After creating your account, you will receive a verification code via email. Copy and paste the code where prompted to complete your entry.

Professional Services Employee of the Year
Awarding individuals in legal, accounting, audit, management consultancy, office administration, business support, employment, and recruitment services.
Financial Services Employee of the Year
Awarding individuals in financial services, insurance, banking, leasing, credit card services, wealth management, investments, and pensions.
Retail & Leisure Employee of the Year
Awarding individuals in FMCG production, supermarkets, online and high street shops, hotels, bars, restaurants, and sporting venues.
Public Sector & Services Employee of the Year
Awarding individuals in the public sector, including social and health care, housing, and all educational settings, whether public, not-for-profit, or private.
Marketing, Media & Creative Employee of the Year
Awarding individuals in market research, marketing, events, PR, advertising, design, publishing, and all media, including press, digital, social media, radio, film, and TV.
STEM Employee of the Year
Awarding individuals in science, technology, engineering, manufacturing, construction, utilities, energy, and telecommunications, including sectors like automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, electronics, architecture, oil and gas, and renewables.

Large Business of the Year
Awarding organisations with 250+ employees in the private, voluntary, and not-for-profit sectors, and all public sector organisations, for their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Small Business of the Year
Awarding organisations with fewer than 250 employees in the private, voluntary, and not-for-profit sectors for their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
ERG of the Year
